This is Amistad Tackle’s flagship swim bait hook. 5/0 EWG perfect for paddle tail swim baits like the 4-5 inch Basstrix (and knock offs), and the unique swimming Lake Fork Magic Shad and Imakatsu Javallon. Strong and sharp right out of the package.

Features:

1) Lead molded onto the hook and further secured using a special adhesive. This virtually eliminates slippage of the lead when skipping under docks. We aren’t aware of any other company that using an adhesive on this type of weighted hook.

2) Oversized screwlock, made of stainless steel wire, and securely crimped, not slipped, on the eye, so it won’t bend or come off the first time a big one chews on it. It also doesn’t tear up the bait when inserting it like an off-set shank weighted worm hook.

3) Extra-wide gap. Super sharp and strong hook!
